Voices in Space
On February 1, 2010, the Troy School District held a NASA downlink event in which students and the astronaunts in the International Space Station had a Q&A session for 20 minutes. Elliott Davis and I filmed and interviewed people at the event to create a 23 minute program that broadcasted on CMNTV, the local public access station in Troy, Michigan. I was the Executive Producer and Editor for the show, titled Voices in Space. The show was broadcasted twice on CMNTV.

Digital Finishing Group Website
A former coworker and I wrote and designed the new Digital Finishing Group website; he created the images and I wrote and coded the website. The new site launched in July 2008.
Ice Magzine
I wrote a short article about The Edge Foundation and what this nonprofit was doing to help female ice hockey players. My article was featured in the first issue of Ice Magazine in Fall 2008.
Distinction in Writing Portfolio
I wrote and coded the Distinction in Writing website to serve as my portfolio for the Distinction in Writing honors program at Grand Valley State University.
I was awarded the honor, which included my name on a plaque in the Department of Writing's office and an honor cord for my commencement ceremony in April 2008.
The Northend
The Northend was the newsmagazine of Troy High School. I was a staff writer for two years, 2002-2004, during which I had 14 articles, 2 news briefs and an obituary for a district employee published.
